I have worked in social welfare/community services, and government for the last 25 years supporting clients with mental health, addictions, complex trauma, PTSD and homelessness of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
My mission and intention as a healer/mentor/coach, is to support your way out of your current challenges & struggles, to uncovering your inner truth, hope and inspiration for life again.
To support your inner journey of healing, personal growth and development, spiritual awareness and awakening and your ultimate personal radical transformation that opens up possibility, amplifies power, and activates whole person potential and actualization.
Personal growth and development is not a hit or miss attempt, but a committed journey of transformation. We all come with our own unique life experience, stories and journeys. Sometimes along the way we can accumulate compounded traumatic experiences, sometimes we can inherit these from our ancestors (as epigenetics scientifically shows us these days).
However, we are all here having a human experience, and everything that comes with that. Wanting to grow, develop and become who we aspire to be and reaching to live our best lives (whatever that may look like for you) is in our nature and our birth right.
And therein began my journey to find methods and modalities which were evidence based, solutions focused, results oriented and provided immediate changes and lasting results. Where they facilitated holistic healing in mind, body and spirit, and allowed for personal growth, change and transformation to truly unfold.
