Payment is to be made no later than 48 hours prior to booked appointment. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.



All booking cancellation requests or re-scheduling requests to be made no later than 48 hours prior to a booked appointment.

Strictly no refunds for missed sessions once payment has been made, as they cannot be filled due to short notice.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the covenants and agreements contained in these terms & conditions and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties to this agree as follows:



Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the activity described below, the Participant releases and forever discharges the Activity Provider, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant's participation in the activity described below, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Activity Provider.

The Participant understands that he/she would not be permitted to participate in the activity described below unless the Participant acknowledges the Terms & Conditions set out herein, and signs a Medical Waiver & Release form accepting these.


Details of Activity

The Participant will participate in the following activity: Holistic healing/hypnotherapy services.


Concurrent Release

The Participant acknowledges that these Terms & Conditions are given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the Participant and with the intention of binding the Participant's spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns.


Fitness to Participate

The Participant acknowledges that the Participant does not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent the Participant from participating in the above mentioned activity. If required, the Participant will obtain a medical examination and clearance.


The Participant understands that, the Activity Provider is not a licenses physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis and healing therapies should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.


The Participant understands that although the therapeutic modalities offered have been shown to have efficacy and in some instances incredibly high success rates, the Activity provider cannot and does not guarantee results since personal success depends on many factors that the Participant has no control over, including their willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of themselves.


The Participant acknowledges that if he/she is currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, or undertaking any medical treatments as such, that they have consulted with their healthcare provider where required and have obtained the clearance to engage in the above mentioned activities.


The Participant acknowledges that if they are clinically diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, or Epilepsy that they inform the Activity Provider as part of their intake assessment, and discuss the appropriateness of the therapeutic services and if they may be suitable for the Participant.


The Participant fully understands and accepts the terms of being free from the influence of any alcohol or drugs during the course of all therapeutic treatment/sessions with the activity provider.

The Participant fully understands and accepts the terms that for the purposes of online sessions, that they are able to participate from a quiet, distraction free space and not whilst walking, driving or undertaking any other activity.


By reading this disclaimer, the Participant understands and consent to, the Activity provider being deemed a mandatory reporter, and as such may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; If the Participant, is in imminent danger to their self or others; or if a subpoena of records has been requested by a court of law.


Full and Final Settlement

The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Participant has carefully read these Terms & Conditions, that the Participant fully understands the same, and that the Participant is freely and voluntarily executing the same.


The Participant understands that by reading these Terms & Conditions and proceeding with therapeutic activity, the Participant agrees to be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Activity Provider for any property loss or personal injury that the Participant may sustain while participating in or preparing for the above noted activity.


The Participant has been given the opportunity and has been encouraged to seek independent legal advice where required.


Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales.
